A bit of advice: GET IN THE CAB first, then tell them where you want to go. Legally, they are not allow to refuse you transportation if they stop for you. If they do, AND YOU ARE IN THE CAB, copy down their name, cab number, etc., tell them thank you and that you're reporting them to the DC Taxi commission, and get out of the cab. If everyone did this, cabbies would stop thinking that it was acceptable.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
